Sylvia is a great travel agent who has planned many trips for my family over the years!

Was an awesome day. Even with the rain, didn't really bother us. Nice new bus and a handsome tour guide couple. Thank you.

Our trip was amazing, the resort was impeccable, and she was very responsive as there was a little confusion when we arrived at the resort. We look forward to using Sylvia for our future travels with our family.
